Saving Money On The Dress

Here are some helpful money saving hints on buying your wedding gown.

  • Check out Macy's and Bergner's for cocktail dresses or special occasion dresses in white and off white.
  • Buy a bridesmaid dress, they are always more affordable than a bridal gown and remember "you can always wear it again".
  • If you are into vintage and antique clothing shops why not check them out for your dress?  It will practically be one of a kind.
  • Go to a consignment shop like Great Hangups.
  • Look in the classified ads.  Some ladies have to unfortunately sell their dress due to a broken engagement.
  • And last but not least you can wear the gown your mom or your aunt wore to their wedding.

If you can think of any other ideas leave a comment and i will add it to the list.
